Mt. Jewett Policeman Resigns

Mt Jewett will be without a policeman for their Annual Swedish Festival.
48-year old Andrew Streicher has resigned his post to take a full-time job
with a local manufacturing company. Streicher declined to name his new
employer. His last day will be Wednesday, August 10. The Swedish Festival
runs from August 12 to 14th. Streicher has held the post for one year,
replacing Anthony Lama Jr of Bradford, who resigned two years ago.
