No Charges Yet Against "Anthrax" Doctor

It’s been a year since the FBI raided the homes of a former Wellsville Doctor in connection with the Anthrax investigations. Dr. Kenneth Berry lost his medical license, and is in the process of a divorce, and sill no formal charges have been filed.Berry’s friend, Rev. Dick Helms said in a recent interview with local media that Berry told him he was no longer under investigation. The FBI has not said one way or another.Federal Investigators rarely comment publicly if someone has been cleared in an investigation.
