Shinglehouse Man Charged

A Shinglehouse man is being charged with Disorderly conduct for yelling
obscenities while confronting a tenant on his properties according to State
Police in Coudersport. Robert Rice Jr. is being accused of the incident as
it was done in public view standing along State Route 44.
