Bradford Man Arraigned On Sex Charges

A Bradford man facing statutory sexual assault charges appeared before District Judge Barbara Boser. 28-year-old Brian Gates is accused of three counts of statutory sexual assault and one count of aggravated indecent assault for having intercourse with a 14-year-old female. Police say the girl told them she visited his house between 30 and 36 times to have sex. Court records indicate the girl is pregnant.

Gates is free on 5 thousand dollars bail.
