Burglar Sentenced

Timothy Kirk was sentenced to six to 23 ½ months in McKean County Jail on charges of burglary, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property today before Judge John Yoder.  Kirk admitted to having a drug problem and is to pay restitution to Terry Matthews, Erie Insurance and Rhoda Colbert.
