Kane Man Arrested

State Police have arrested a Kane man in relation to a theft reported last
month.

18-year-old John Schlopy was picked up and charged with theft from a motor
vehicle and other charges for allegedly stealing 86 musical CD's from a car
belonging to Constance Smith.

Police say the music was valued at 988 dollars.
