A Complaint from various Potter County Citizens to remove Dawn Fink from the
Potter County District Attorney Ballot has been struck down. A Court order
Monday dismissed the complaint.

It's the second time someone tried to shoot down Fink's attempts to run for
DA against Jeff Leber.

Opponents bring into questions Fink's Potter County residence, since she
recently bought a home in Potter County.

In related News, a Potter County newspaper has filed a Countersuit against
Current DA Jeff Leber in response to Leber's libel suit against the paper.

Leber claims the Potter Leader Enterprise intentionally slandered his
reputation.

The Leader claims Leber's conduct over the past several months has impeded
the right to free press, by withholding information, and threatening to
wiretap the publisher.
