Court Says ANF Logging Okay

A Federal court in Philadelphia says the US Forest Service's East Side
Management plan is acceptable.

The Allegany Defense project has appealed an earlier court ruling,
protesting the logging of black cherry and other native trees in the ANF.

Timber industry supporter and US Congressman John Peterson is in favor of
the ruling.
