Murphy's Law Incident

An incident at the Murphy's Law bar in Otto Township brought in the state
police Saturday night. 40-year-old Cassandra Dubetsky of Duke Center faces
harassment charges against a Port Allegany woman employed by the bar.
Charges of disorderly conduct have been filed.
