The Police chief in the Borough of Austin is behind bars today after being charged with the recent break in at the Austin Police Station. 26 year old Shawn Foringer was charged by State Troopers, who say he was the actor that stole 2 pounds of marijuana from the police station.
Foringer is in jail in lieu of 50 thousand dollars bail.
He's charged with theft, drug charges, and making false reports.

Editor's Note:

Don't get me wrong, I think this is wrong. Drugs are bad, and Police that steal drugs are bad. But the bail amount bothers me. District Judge Annete Easton set his bail at 50 K, while Bryan Moyer, accused of the sexual abuse of five little boys is let out after posting only $750 dollars out of 75 hundred dollars, and then does it again.

Something in the justice system is not right.

This whole case bothers me really bad. Mr. Foringer is not, and I mean NOT guilty....... He is one of the most kindest men I know and he honestly cares and his job means so much to him..... He would do almost anything to help someone. I believe he is being set up and it is a crock of s**t that someone would do that to him.
