Williams' Breifs Filed

Briefs have been filed on both sides of the case to get convicted cop killer
Timothy Williams a new trial.

McKean County District Attorney John Pavlock and Sam Stretton, the attorney
for convicted murderer Timothy Williams filed briefs outlining the issues in
the case.

Stretton claims the independent testimony of several witnesses shows that
Becky Lucrezi Olsen shot Kane Borough Police officer Steve Jerman, and that
his client deserves a new trial.

Pavlock says that while a defendant is entitled to his day in court,
Williams has had day after day after day.
