Catt Coutny Gets Whooping Cough Under Control

Portvilles Whooping cough outbreak is under control. But a confirmed case
at Bolivar Richburg and five suspected cases at Franklinville High are
keeping Cattaragus County Health Officials scrambling.

More than 40 cases of the highly contagious illness were confirmed in
Portville last month.

The Cattaraugus County Health Department gave more than 150 Boostrix
vaccinations to help curb the outbreak.
