Agreement Nears for Commissioners

The County Commissioners and the McKean County Solid Waste Authority are
approaching an agreement. According to the Commissioners Chairman John
Egbert, the counties Erie law firm is drafting an agreement that is based on
compromises deemed acceptable by the Authority. The two sides originally
set a date of December 27 to sit down and discuss the future but now is
tentatively a date for an agreement to be finalized.
