Judge Rules in Blow Down Case

A Federal Judge says the US Forest Service has the right to use categorical
expulsion in their effort to take out blow down from the Allegany National
Forest.

The Allegheny Defense Project filed claims in September that the forest
service was using illegal methods of removing lumber, and that they health
of the forest was in jeopardy.

The judge ruled in favor of the forest service.
