Tax Hike in Otto

Otto Township residents will be paying more out of pocket in the coming
year. Township Supervisors passed a one half mill tax increase Wednesday
night.

The 310 thousand dollars it will take to run the Township next year calls
for a 3.5 mill tax.

Supervisors agreed on the hike because of rising fuel and utility expenses.
