Disorderly Conduct in Duke Center

State Police have determined the identity of the third man that fled a state
trooper after an incident Sunday.

Originally, Eric Quinn and Jason wade were arrested for public drunkenness
after taking off when confronted.

The third party in the incident has been identified as Eric's Twin brother
Aaron Quinn.
He's been charged with disorderly conduct.
