Olean Man Accused of Murder

An Olean man accused of murdering another Olean man in July is going to
trial February 15th.

30-year-old Tyrone Malone is charged with second-degree murder in the death
of 30-year-old Kurtis D. Billingslea.

Olean police allege that Malone stabbed Billingslea in the chest during an
argument in a parking lot.

Malone is free on 25 thousand dollars bail while awaiting trial.
