Bids Opened for Old Bradford City Hall Project

Bids were opened last night for the Old City Hall project. Mystic
Construction of Pittsburgh had the lowest cost on the general construction
project at 1 million, three hundred ninety eight thousand dollars.

Bradford based Pure Tech incorporated is the only company to bid on the
electric work, at 217 thousand.

Allied Fire Protection came in with the lowest bid for the alarm and
sprinkler contract, at 122 thousand.

A 183 thousand dollar bid was the lowest on the Plumbing contract, from
Anderson Shortell out of Olean.

And MAZZA had the lowest heating and air conditioning bid at 158 thousand
dollars.
