Coyotes Take Over Portville

Portville residents are being warned that coyotes have been sighted on
village streets.

People are asked to keep an eye on small children, especially at night,
because the coyotes are showing up on a regular basis.

According to published reports, in 1983, the area was stocked with coyotes
to get rid of diseased rabbits.
