Donation Thief Gets Probation

A woman who took 55 dollars from an SPCA donation can at Orris Jewelers was
sentenced Thursday in McKean County Court.

Bethany Wagner of Bradford will spend 60 days on probation and have to do 80
hours of community service at the SPCA, if they accept her. If they don't,
the probation department will decide on another type of community service.
