Charges have been filed against Bradford Township Supervisory Tom Vickery
for an incident two weeks ago.
Bradford City Police Officer Carl Milks reports that Vickery came into the
station to complain that an old man had assaulted him across the street at
the Kennedy Street Café.
After an investigation, Milks discovered that an argument had occurred
between 74 year old Robert Pascarella and Vickery that resulted in some
pushing.
Milks says based on the account of witnesses at the café, Pascerella was not
charged, and disorderly conduct charges have been filed against Vickery for
his behavior in the incident.
Witnesses say the incident started over an argument about the Bradford City
Ambulance Service.
