Charges against Bradford Township Supervisors Dropped

Disorderly conduct charges against Bradford Township supervisor Tom Vickery
were thrown out today.

Vickery was charged in connection with an incident last month at the Kennedy
Street café when he and another man were allegedly arguing about the
Bradford Ambulance Service.

Vickery says he was simply expressing his right to free speech.

Vickery's preliminary hearing was today in front of District Judge Chris
Hauser.
