A Roulette residence sustained heavy damage in a fire on Christmas Eve. The fire was reported around 8pm Saturday evening by neighbors on Fishing Creek Road. Firefighters were forced to pump water from the Atkins Road bridge, nearly a mile away. The residents, Jennifer Mull and children, were not home at the time. The house is owned by Steven Visco of Roulette.

[This house was built and occupied by my grandparents for nearly 40 years, and I lived there for over 11 years, so it held a lot of memories.]

I would imagine, by the looks of the fire damage, that they did lose most everything. I've tried and will continue to try and find out how we can help them.

the best thing to do would be to contact the american red cross. they usually mobilize pretty quickly, and have contact with the fire victims.

You have to give the firemen credit.Looking at the picture it seemed that the extent of damage was bad and the house looks like it was gutted.
It looks like the Roulette firefighters did a great job under the circumstances of a holiday weekend.Just goes to show what a great group of firefighters this town has.
