The Knox and Kane Railroad settled a lawsuit against the Department of
Conservation and Natural Resources. The Railroad will get 12 thousand
dollars, after pursuing the suit because of DCNR actions that caused a loss
of business after a tornado knocked down the Kinzua Bridge.
Railroad Owner Sloan Cornell originally sought more than one hundred
thousand dollars in the suit.
