Landfill Cell Added

The McKean County Landfill is working o a new cell. 6A covers four acres at
the 104 acre landfill.

The new saucer shaped pit is lined with a thick black plastic membrane.
The new cell is half the size of a much larger pit planned by Rutick LLC.
The new 2 million dollar project is still awaiting approval form the
Department of Environmental Protection.
