A look at the just-released list of salaries for next year may lead people to believe that McKean County will be paying a lot more to District Attorney (DA) John Pavlock. The opposite is true.
Pavlock says the county will actually be saving money by making his position full-time instead of part-time.
The state pays 65 percent of a full-time DA's salary.
