219 Bids Opened

The Route 219 bids were opened, and a Pittsburgh Company came out on top with the low bid.
PennDot Community Relations coordinator Marla Fannin says Mascaro Construction of Pittsburgh had the lowest bid for the Route 219 rehabilitation project. At nearly fifty-five and a half million dollars.
About 12 firms sent bids in for the project.
