Attorney Sam Stretton is already on the move. His client, convicted cop killer Timothy Williams was denied a new trial last week. Stretton has already filed for an appeal to the State Superior Court.
Williams was convicted of shooting Kane Borough Police Officer Steve Jerman on Feb. 20, 1999.
Stretton has a growing list of witnesses who say they have heard Becky Lucrezi Olseon say she was the shooter that night.
Judge Charles Alexander says he has no doubt Liucrezi did make the statements, but doesn't believe that gives Williams the right to a new trial.
