Derrick City Man Enters Plea

A former Derrick City man pleaded guilty on Monday to attempted forgery and
other charges for trying to forge his brother's name on his fingerprint card
when he was being arrested in June in Ellicottville.

Cattaraugus County District Attorney Ed Sharkey says 26-year-old John Quinn
was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.

He's scheduled for sentencing on March 13th.
