Bradford Man Charged

A Bradford man has been charged with making terroristic threats.
Kevin Frank Vincent was charged for allegedly threatening to shoot his
postal carrier, and to shoot up the post office.
Vincent was sent to McKean County Jail in lieu of 5 thousand dollars bail.
