Eldred Man Wants To Take Back Plea

An Eldred man has refiled an appeal to withdraw his guilty plea.
55 year old Louis Roach was convicted for the 1991 murder of a Bradford
convenience store clerk.
He originally filed for an appeal in 2001, but the paperwork was returned
because it contained errors.
