The Bradford Area Chamber of Commerce has announced that a small business
counselor will be available at the Seneca Building to work with business
owners and managers.

SCORE is a nationwide network of over 10,500 volunteers who provide free and
confidential small business advice and has 389 offices across the country.
The services are free, and appointments are recommended, but not required.
