Update: Identity of Fatal Accident Victim Released

State Police have released the name of the man killed along Sartwell Creek Road in Potter County. 41 year old Scott McClelland of Level Green crashed his 97 Chevy Truck into a highway sign, and rolled it over an embankment just before 2 o’clock Saturday Morning.
