Olean City Police found and returned items to a Port Allegany man Sunday after they were stolen from his vehicle. At 2:15 p.m., police returned darts, a Sony compact disc player and six CDs to Joshua Keim. The items were taken from his vehicle while it was parked on the 300 block of North 13th Street. Police report the arrest of four teenagers who allegedly took the items. The four were charged with possession of stolen property. A compact disc player was also returned to Roy Belleisle, which was allegedly taken by the same four teens.
