The statistics are out. I thought them timely as we enter Memorial Day Weekend.

Fatalities due to alcohol, speed and aggressive driving on the highway are up in McKean County. According to PennDOT, alcohol-related fatalities increased from one in 2003 to three in 2004, while two fatalities were caused by speeding, up one from 2003 and aggressive driving was a factor in three fatalities in 2004, an increase of one from 2003.
