Feds and Lawmakers are rushing in to block sex offenders nationwide froim receiving Viagra paid for by Medicaid.
NY Senators Chuck Shumer and Hillary Clinton, along with PA Senator Rick Santorum say they are in support of the ban.
Pennsylvania Auditor General Jack Wagner is heading up research to determine if any of Pennsylvania’s 7 thousand sex offenders have received the erectile dysfunction drug from Medicaid.
