Three juveniles are charged with arson after a fire Monday afternoon at Kane Decorating. The blaze caused about $15,000 in building damage, and destroyed about $50,0000 in contents. The Fraley Street storefront was set on fire by a 10 year old male, an 11-year-old male, and a 12-year-old male. Kane Borough PD says the three have been charged. A Neighboring Flower shop also received smoke damage. No injuries were reported.
