Otto-Eldred Names New School Board Member

The vacant seat on the Otto-Eldred board of Education was filled Monday. Russell Hartzell was selected to fill the vacancy, which occurred last month when Christine Splain turned in her resignation. Hartzell ran against Splain in the last election.
