Bike Safety Program

A free bicycle safety program will be held at the Otto-Eldred Elementary
School this Friday. The program, for children ages 4 to 14, will begin at
12:30 p.m. The program is being held by the McKean County 4-H program and
PennDOT's Highway Safety Program.
