Chase Vs. Eldred

Judge John Clelland heard testimony this morning in the case of Cory Chase
versus Eldred Boro in McKean County Court. The majority of the battle was
over the cutting of trees on the Chase property which was a natural barrier
and is now causing baseballs to come onto the Chase property from the
baseball field and has damaged a power lawnmower and a windshield. After
hearing testimony from both sides in the long battle, Judge Clelland's
decision will be forthcoming.
