A Cattaraugus County jury has convicted James Molyneaux in a sexual abuse
case. The jurors returned a guilty verdict following a week long trial.

Molyneaux was found guilty of two counts of first degree sodomy and two
counts of second degree sodomy in incidents involving two boys a few years
ago.

The former Portville teacher and Boy Scout leader faces a maximum 25 years
in prison.

Hi I am one of the victims,i am from portville,ny.I am now 18 years old and i feel that justice has been served, james molyneaux is in jail for 371/2 years. He will be 99 when he is elegible for parol.I have had a horrible life since this has happened to me,i lost alot of friends coming forward also,it has been very rough.James molyneaux is a very smart guy-i am just saying that because he had everyone fooled and the day he was planing on moving to north carolina, was the day he was arrested. So if i didn't come forward he would still be doing what he did to me to other children.I feel i have saved alot of problems with other children, and i am greatful for that.I just wish someone would have came forward before this happened to me.I am currently working full time, after i dropped out of school because of the pressure.I try to keep myself busy and motavated.I would like to answer any questions anybody has so please ask thanks for reading this
