Smethport Thief Admits To Drug Use

A Smethport man will spend one to five years in state prison for ripping off
a purse from an 87-year-old woman.
27-year-old Michael Yonkofsky was given credit for 137 days of time served.
DA John Pavlock says the man had admitted the man took the purse while high
in an attempt to get more drugs.
