A Bradford man will not see prison boot camp. 22-year-old Jeremy Hatch is
serving two to five years for involuntary manslaughter charges in the death
oif his infant son.
McKean County Judge John Yoder declared the man eligible for boot camp at
sentencing in May.
State correctional Institution at Houtzdale officials say Hatch is in medium
security incarceration, and ineligible for boot camp because of an
outstanding case.
No court records in McKean County indicate another case, and District
Attorney John Pavlock told local media outlets he knows of no outstanding
cases.
