Body Could Be Ryan's

A decomposing body was found in a remote are of Forest County Tuesday.
Forest County Coroner Norman Wimer says the body could be that of missing
Clarion Grad Student, and Pitt Bradford Graduate Patrick Ryan.

Wimer says the body has NOT been given a positive Identification at this
time, and an autopsy is scheduled for later today. Wimer believes the
unidentified victim could have been murdered.

Police have been searching for Ryan since Sunday. He was last seen at an Inn
in Clarion August 14.

Ryan's parents live in Coudersport, PA. They are offering a reward for their
son's safe return, or information that leads to a conviction if foul play is
involved.

Clarion Police and State Police hope to release more information later
today.
