Juvenile Problems at Tattoo Shop

A 17 year old was busted after entering the Ink and Iron Tattoo shop in
Emporium and becoming disorderly.

Reports form witnesses recounted a broken window at the scene. Police say
disorderly conduct charges have been filed.

The owner of the tattoo shop, Daniel Blust has also been charged with
disorderly conduct, at about the same time as the earlier incident, police
say he crossed the street and yelled obscenities at 19-year-old Thomas
Richards of Emporium.
