Maben Pleads Guilty

A Port Allegany mans pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and endangering
the welfare of a child after his infant son was roughly handled to the point
of blindness and deafness. Assistant DA Christa Schott says the child has
regained some eyesight and hearing, but says recovery is ongoing.

Maben entered his guilty plea, and will appear for sentencing September 29.
