Tornado Touches Down Nearby

No damage was reported Friday in Wellsville after a tornado touched down. A small funnel cloud formed briefly in a wooded area around 1 p.m. A meteorologist with the Buffalo forecast office of the National Weather Service said he believes the funnel will be labeled an F-0 or F-1.
