Eldred MAn Pulled OVer

An Eldred man was pulled over Tuesday night in Foster Township. 44 year old Brian Miller was pulled over for careless driving, when police discovered hehad been driving under the influence of alcohol. A search yielded a concealed 9mm handgun. Miller is a previous convict, and not permitted to own a firearm, he also faces charges for not registering the weapon.

Police say miller was also in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
