Inmate Captured

Three inmates have disappeared form the McKean County Jail since July; one
of them, has been captured.
Mark Mullins was captured in Palm Beach Florida last week. Open warrants are
out against Mullins in Florida. It's not clear of Mullins will waive
extradition.

He did not return to the McKean County Jail after being let out on Work
Release on July 23.
