The Downtown Bradford Revitalization Corporation has entered into a lawsuit
against the former owners of a burned out building at 45 Main Street. The
Corporation is asking a judge to void a sales agreement transferring the
property to Roger Feura and to instead allow the DBRC to buy it. According
to a complaint, on June 1 2001, the DBRC and Cristopher and Michael Angell
entered into an agreement for the transfer of the building for the amount of
20 thousand dollars. The Angells reportedly sent a letter on March 17 2005
stating
